I was reading a post on Xanth.is this morning that I find absolutely hilarious! It is a message from John Cleese to the people of the US. Although, I don't know if Tony Blair is much better as an option. Perhaps they can send Charles and Camilla instead...

Speaking of the big-eared one and his new fiancee, I just wanted to comment that while I think it good that they will be happy, why the hell didn't they just get married when they were younger?!?! Instead, Charles married Diana, who was years younger and basically ruined her life because he didn't love her and was very open about his love for Camilla. It's just wrong.

I know people who blame Diana for much of what happened during their marriage. Perhaps she should have turned him down but she was so young and probably had this picture perfect ideal of what that marriage was like. You must all remember how stupid we were when we were that age so who can blame her. But Charles is by no means blameless in that he never stopped loving Camilla even though he was married to another. They both committed adultery but he was really in the position of power and did nothing to stop it.

Okay, so I will quit ranting...

I hope that you had a great Valentine's Day. Did anyone do anything that they would like to share? I got a cute pencil with a heart eraser on the top of it from the office custodian (he's married) and an Elmo Valentine card from one of the advisors at our other campus. And I always complain that I don't get anything...
